The App is developed and technically supported by Sigmus Technologies LLP and is owned, operated, and managed by Makkah KMCC as a voluntary, non-commercial service for Hajj pilgrims.
KMCC Hajj Guide is a free support application created solely to assist pilgrims during their Hajj journey. The app contains no advertisements, no in-app purchases, and no commercial intent.
The KMCC Hajj Guide App does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data for marketing, analytics, or monetization purposes.
The app allows searching pilgrim information by manual entry or scanning:
All scanned or entered information is used only within the active app session and is never permanently stored on Sigmus servers or shared with third parties.
Google Maps integration is used to locate buildings, hospitals, bus stations, and key Hajj landmarks. Location data is not tracked, stored, or shared.
Notifications are used only for important Hajj updates, emergency alerts, and flight status information.
The app does not require user accounts, passwords, or profiles. No sensitive personal data is stored by Sigmus Technologies LLP.
The app may use Google Maps and Google Play services, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
